Rajesh has, during the course of his stints in various sectors, headed operations both as a client and an agency. This has not only provided him with an all-encompassing, solution-driven experience across varied industries, but has also given him exposure to diverse fields and work cultures.

One common factor that binds his exhaustive experience across myriad fields is the fact that his responsibilities actively involved brand extensions and resulted in enhanced sales. While his stint at lifestyle brand saw him handle marketing communications that encompassed lead generation programmes, his stint at Tribal DDB India saw him head the Chennai branch and focus on business development. These stints helped him build on his earlier exposure to the development of integrated marketing communication strategies

Strategising business plans and implementing sales life-cycles was a key focus area at HR Consulting & Training firm. But the seeds for this had been sown earlier at key BFSI player, when his responsibilities included offering marketing support for distributors/branches in their sales & marketing initiatives. In addition to this, he also handled data warehousing, business intelligence, and database marketing programmes – again, a familiar territory as he had already acquired expertise in designing and developing database and response management solutions for clients at Result:McCann. Prior to this, he had learnt the basics of design & development of response management systems for clients at Kobs & Draft Corvo Direct.

His years of experience have led him to chalk his own course. The result - Trikon Interactive, a unique player offering consultancy and cutting-edge solutions in new media.
